  • Yes. Every HUB customer receives a dedicated success manager who assists with onboarding, integrations, and optimisations. Technical support is available via chat and a dedicated channel.
  • Absolutely not. PLGGR HUB scales from small wholesalers with 3 integrations to enterprise organisations with dozens of systems. Pricing is based on your specific usage — not a fixed tier. Book a demo and we will create a custom proposal.
