PLGGR PIM manages your product data, from descriptions and images to technical specs, and distributes it to all your channels. PLGGR HUB connects your systems: ERP, webshop, marketplace, WMS. PLGGR Order Entry gives customers and sales reps a professional ordering portal, connected directly to your ERP. The three work together as one ecosystem, but you choose what you activate.

No. Our implementation specialists handle the technical connections with your ERP and existing systems. You then work via a user-friendly interface. No code, no API knowledge required. Enterprise customers have a dedicated Success Manager who assists with expansions.

An ERP product module is built for administration, not distribution. PLGGR PIM enriches, translates and distributes product data to channels such as webshops, marketplaces and customer portals. That is not what an ERP does. You connect PLGGR PIM to your ERP: the ERP remains the source, PIM prepares that data for the market.

Yes. We offer broad ERP API integrations for the most widely used systems such as Exact, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Odoo. Do the standard options not meet your requirements? We discuss a custom integration together to fully meet your needs.

Yes. A dedicated support team is available throughout the entire implementation and afterwards. Through our support channels you will find resources, guides and custom solutions. Larger subscriptions receive a dedicated Success Manager.

No. Pricing depends on your specific needs and the HUB is designed to grow with companies of any size. No fixed entry threshold — we build a package that fits where you are now and where you want to go.

PLGGR HUB buffers messages automatically in case of failure. Once the system is available again, the messages are processed. No data loss, no double sending. You receive a notification in case of unexpectedly long downtime so IT can act immediately.

Yes. Dedicated support channels with tips and guidelines are available. Enterprise subscribers get access to a dedicated Success Manager and live support.

This depends on your subscription: Essentials offers space for 5,000 products, Advanced for 25,000 and Enterprise for 100,000 products. Scalability options are always open for discussion.

Yes. PLGGR Order Entry has two logins: one for customers who order independently via the B2B portal, and one for sales reps who order on behalf of a customer, including offline mode for customer visits. One subscription, two use cases.

Yes. PLGGR Order Entry integrates with MultiSafePay and Buckaroo. Customers pay with iDEAL, credit card or bank transfer directly after placing an order. The payment status synchronises automatically back to your ERP.
