Do reps need a SAP licence?

No. They order in the PLGGR app, not in the SAP client, so you do not need a named-user licence. Orders still book into SAP through a single service connection.

Do I have to start with both connections?

No, you can begin with PIM or Order Entry. Either can come later, on the same platform.

Does this work with our other systems?
