PLGGR retrieves your full item file from Exact Online via the REST API: item codes, EANs, basic descriptions, item groups and custom fields. That data appears automatically in PLGGR | PIM. What you add there stays in PLGGR and is never written back to Exact Online. Exact Online remains the leading system for administration.
