PLGGR / PLGGR | Order Entry / OCI punchout
Standard OCI compatible

OCI punchout for your catalogue.
Orders from your customer's own system.

Purchasing organisations, hospitals and government bodies order from their own procurement system and expect suppliers to connect to it. The OCI plugin on PLGGR | Order Entry makes your catalogue punchout ready, as software as a service rather than a custom project.

What is OCI punchout?

Your catalogue, inside your customer's system

OCI stands for Open Catalog Interface, a standard set by SAP to connect procurement systems to supplier catalogues.

With a punchout, a buyer jumps from their own procurement system into a supplier's web catalogue, picks products there and returns with a filled basket. The order then runs through the customer's procurement process, with approvals and budgets as the customer has set them up.

Who asks for it

  • Purchasing organisations
  • Hospitals
  • Government bodies
The challenge

No punchout, no place in the procurement process.

Large buyers order less and less by email, phone or a separate webshop. They order in their own system, within their own agreements.

What buyers expect

  • Your range in their system
  • Their own prices and agreements
  • An order that fits their process
  • No double entry

If you do not connect to that, you make the buyer work harder, and you feel it in your revenue.

How PLGGR handles it

Punchout as a plugin, not a project

PLGGR | Order Entry

The OCI plugin

The plugin on PLGGR | Order Entry makes your catalogue punchout ready and is fully OCI compatible.

  • The buyer shops in your range and returns with a filled basket
  • Customer-specific prices and ranges still apply
  • Software as a service, not a custom project
Platforms

Where your customers already work

PLGGR supports the integration with several OCI ordering platforms, including SAP Ariba and GHX.

  • SAP Ariba
  • GHX, widely used in healthcare
  • Other platforms that support OCI
How it works

How a punchout runs

  1. Step 1 Your customer

    Start in procurement

The buyer opens their own procurement system and picks you as supplier.

  2. Step 2 PLGGR | Order Entry

    Your catalogue

The punchout opens your catalogue, with that customer's range and prices.

  3. Step 3 PLGGR | Order Entry

    Basket back

The buyer picks products and returns with a filled basket.

  4. Step 4 Your customer

    Order

The customer approves in their own system, and the order reaches you.

Your customer stays in their own system. You sit inside their procurement process.
