We have many integrations with other packages such as Shopify and Webflow to serve our customers optimally. Your role: Support with a project-driven kick
You are the first point of contact for our customers and the right hand of our developers. You are not a ticket-solver, but someone who takes the reins and ensures everything runs smoothly.
The foundation: supportive coordination
You are there for the customer. Questions about the PIM or the Order Entry App come to you. You analyse the question, think along in processes and ensure the customer can quickly move forward again.
The project coordinator: client and implementation
- You translate client wishes into clear input for the team
- You guide the client: what must they prepare or deliver?
- You keep them sharp on deadlines
- You monitor progress and are the fixed, professional point of contact
The configurator: PIM & Integrations
You also dive into the technology yourself. You set up the connections between our PIM system and platforms such as Shopify or Webflow. You ensure that the customer's product information is perfect everywhere and that the data flows between packages are correct.
Your growth path
The focus is on rock-solid support and project guidance. Once you have fully mastered this, we offer the possibility to grow into a Consultant role, where you provide strategic advice on complete e-commerce ecosystems.

E-commerce DNA
You have an affinity with the online retail world. Experience with integrations or CMS packages is a major advantage.
